Appointment Validity
Appointments can be scheduled in writing, verbally, or electronically and are valid upon confirmation.
Appointment Cancellations / No-Show Policy
If an appointment cannot be attended, it must be canceled via email at least 5 business days in advance.
Late cancellations: If an appointment is not canceled within this timeframe, the deposit is forfeited and non-refundable.
No-shows: If the client fails to appear without notice, 50% of the scheduled time will be charged, and the deposit is forfeited.
Prices
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Prices are subject to change at any time.
Payment Options
Payments can be made in cash or via Twint on-site.
Gift Vouchers
Vouchers can be purchased on-site or in the online shop. They are valid for 2 years from the issue date and must be presented at the appointment.
Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
